Why Relocator Exists

Why does a market this large still close through phone calls and email threads?

Relocator started as an answer to a question we kept asking ourselves on advisory calls. The three of us came to that question from three different sides — data center strategy, power generation equipment, and AI platform engineering — and we built the platform we couldn't find.

Yvette is the Managing Partner AI Deployment at 3volve, an AI strategy and implementation firm.

Previously, she held senior product and strategy roles at Kasa Living as Director of Strategic Product Initiatives, at bitcasas as Director of Product Management, and across earlier-stage marketplace and fintech companies. Yvette began her career in consulting at Deloitte and Fannie Mae handling systems with $billions in transactions. Over 20 years across fintech, healthcare, enterprise SaaS, and marketplaces.

Yvette is an electrical engineer by training, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Kathryn Ross

Co-founder, Head of Strategy & Business Development

Kathryn, MBA, PMP, is a global thought leader in data center, energy, and artificial intelligence innovation & development. As the Founder and CEO of Green Gate, Kathryn is committed to developing high performance, sustainable, and secure artificial intelligence infrastructure to unleash human potential and accelerate innovation. 

Prior to founding Green Gate, Kathryn led Global Data Centers Portfolio Strategy - Energy & Location Strategy at Google, leading at the intersection of data center and energy infrastructure development; including site selection, energy strategy, power purchase agreements, 24/7 carbon free compute, and advancing new clean energy technologies. Through her time at Google & Meta, Kathryn has extensive experience planning and developing data centers throughout the Americas, Europe, APAC, and LATAM regions.
